hip new hotel with excellent and extremely friendly staff. beautiful location in an amazing area very close to montenegro coast and herceg novi, perast, kotor and tivat. outstanding food in the indoor restaurant in the vicinity.

This place offers modern rooms with luxurious bathrooms, large comfortable beds, and stunning sea views.

Recently built design hotel with excellent in-house restaurant. Decoratively furnished room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is buffet- style with wide variety. Best staff we have ever met both at reception and in the restaurant, they were extremely kind and reception helped us very much to organize our trips in the region.

Location is not too ideal as the main road is in front of the building; it is noisy during daytime. Beige carpet in the room is too sensitive; needs to be cleaned all the time or footsteps can be seen on it (here the latter applies).

It is a romantic hotel with nicely decorated rooms and breathtaking views of the bay. The location is beautiful and wonderful, a 10-15 minute walk from Crkva Svete Nedjelje: D

The location of this place was amazing, being close to shops, cafes, bars, the historic center of the old town.

Staff is outstanding, room was lovely, breakfast was first-rate.

Music playing on patio of restaurant until around midnight since hotel is small, and you can hear the music everywhere in the hotel. Pebbly beach is tiny, but location is good for visiting other sites on Kotor Bay.

Good size boutique hotel with spacious rooms and new decor. Pleasant atmosphere in restaurant and terrace, and good choice of foods in menu. Car / Passenger Ferry nearby for trip to Tivat and Kotor, as an alternative to the lovely but longer scenic drive. However, it is the staff who really made the difference (Sasha at the restaurant and Deanna at Front Desk). Their warm and professional attitudes deserve two thumbs up!

Busy and noisy road right in front of the hotel, with trucks, buses and cars passing by day and night. Wrinkled bathrobes and the "Ivory Color" Carpet is due for a steam-cleaning.

The rooms here are clean, modern, with super fast internet and a heating system.

Very cosy hotel with comfortable beach and nice restaurant. You won't find any nightlife there, but it's a good place for relaxation by the sea, with possibility to visit tourist attractions or go out in one of the nearby towns. Espescially good thing about location is that it's a quiet place not crowded by tourists. Also, hotel is not far from the Kamenari ferry station, which allows to cross the bay in 10 minutes. So if you take cab from Tivat airport, you can go to Lapetani town and take ferry from there to Kamenari, instead of coming around the bay. The only thing i didn't like about location is that the hotel is situated by the road, but the traffic is not heavy, so it's not really annoying. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and sincerely friendly. I really appreciated that personal attitude.

The breakfast choices are warm and delicious with really good coffee, pork plus bacon.

Mind-blowing staff, jaw-dropping sea view, super spacious and clean room, fantastic air conditioning, easy beach access, helpful reception.

We liked complete atmosphere in the hotel, friendly and very professional service with warm welcome. Superb restaurant. Beach is very private and cozy / very good for relaxing. Hotel position is very good for those who want to explore Montenegro /nearness of Kotor, Tivat, Budva and Herceg Novi and other tourists attractions.

Hotel is located by the road, but we didnt mind, because there was no noise in the room, or on the beach and we really enjoyed in great sea and mountain view.

Boutique Hotel Casa del Mare was our first stop in Montenegro. Although we hesitate to book it because of some reviews about noise..we did it and not regret (stunning sea view from bed, no any noise with close windows). Warm welcome, helpful and always on your disposal reception desk,good and comfort rooms, great restaurant(delicious food and reasonable prices) and the most important thing - nice and peaceful beach with good facilities. Position of hotel is very good, great connection with other cities (Kotor,Budva, Herceg Novi..) We extend our stay, and can warmly recommend..:)

Friendly staff, room had a beautiful design and was super clean! Their service was top-notch. 💫
